關(guān)于“第十六屆全國大學(xué)生節(jié)能減排社會實踐與科技競賽-港澳臺及國際賽道”
作品報名及提交截止日期延后至6月30日的通知
尊敬的各位聯(lián)系老師、參賽同學(xué)和指導(dǎo)教師：
您好！
為便于各參賽高校更好地組織參賽作品，現(xiàn)將港澳臺及國際賽道作品報名及提交截止日期延后的事宜作補充通知，并針對港澳臺及國際賽道共性問題進行說明如下：
1、第十六屆全國大學(xué)生節(jié)能減排社會實踐與科技競賽-港澳臺及國際賽道報名及作品提交截止日期均延后至6月30日。請在2023年6月30日晚24點前將報名文件（申請文件）、作品報告、視頻（可選）等支撐性材料（可選）發(fā)送至ecerc2023@163.com，所提交材料須為英文版本。
2、國際賽道的參賽隊伍要求組長具有港澳臺或國外高校的學(xué)籍，需提供學(xué)生證等證明文件。組長以外的其他組員和指導(dǎo)老師的學(xué)籍和國籍均不做限制。專科生、本科生和研究生均可報名參賽。
3、港澳臺及國際賽道的獎項單獨設(shè)置，獲獎證書將標注該參賽隊伍的所有參賽高校。同時證書蓋章與主賽道一致，證書為英文。
4、港澳臺及國際賽道將設(shè)立金、銀、銅和優(yōu)秀獎，金、銀、銅獎將設(shè)有一定的獎金（以組委會通知為準），各獎項的獲獎比例將超過主賽道相關(guān)獎項。
5、主賽道國賽參賽作品，不可以重復(fù)參加港澳臺及國際賽道。
6、主賽道未出校參加國賽的作品可以進一步與港澳臺或國際高校合作，報名參加國際賽道，但參賽隊伍需符合國際賽道報名要求。
7、中外或者大陸與港澳臺等聯(lián)合辦學(xué)（學(xué)生可以同時拿外方單位學(xué)位）的學(xué)生可以以外單位名義報名參加港澳臺及國際賽道。

各位同學(xué)，
現(xiàn)向您介紹今年8月在東南大學(xué)舉行的第十六屆全國大學(xué)生節(jié)能減排社會實踐與科技競賽（港澳臺及國際賽道）。該競賽作為中國一項久負盛名的比賽，始于2008年，每年舉辦一次。
按照規(guī)定，所有在高等學(xué)校注冊的全日制學(xué)生均有提交參賽資格。更多信息請訪問官方網(wǎng)站

請參閱以下一些要點，以方便參考，詳情可在所附文件中查看。
參賽對象：
1.全日制本科生和研究生。
2.學(xué)生人數(shù)不超過7人，指導(dǎo)教師人數(shù)不超過2人。
3.隊伍中須有一名學(xué)生擔(dān)任隊長。參賽隊伍所在單位為隊長所在學(xué)校。團隊成員可來源于不同的高校和國家。
獎品設(shè)置（視參賽作品數(shù)量調(diào)整）：
1.金獎：獎金及獲獎證書；
2.銀獎：獎金及獲獎證書；
3.銅獎：獎金及獲獎證書；
4.優(yōu)秀獎：獲獎證書。
作品申報：
1.參賽作品可以是與節(jié)能減排有關(guān)的實物或概念性方案，申請文件應(yīng)以英文書寫。
2.請于2023年6月30日前將申請表發(fā)送至ecerc2023@163.com。
3.在2023年6月30日前將申請文件，包括報告、視頻（可選）等支撐性材料（可選）發(fā)送至ecerc2023@163.com。
4.入圍名單將于2023年7月公布，最終比賽（線上PPT展示）將于2023年8月舉行。

港澳臺及國際賽道報名通知

Invitation to Join the 16th National University Student Social Practice and Science Contest on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction (Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and International Group)
Dear Students,
We would like to draw your attention to the 16th National University Student Social Practice and Science Contest on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction (Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and International Group), which is to be held in August online at Southeast University this year. The Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Contest is a prestigious competition in China, which started in 2008 and was held annually.
According to the regulations stipulated, all full-time students registered at any higher education institutions are eligible to submit their projects for the competition. For more information, please visit the official website http://www.ssmkedu.cn/(in Chinese).
Please see below some major points for your easy reference and details can be viewed in the documents attached.
Eligibility (Adjustments will be made based on the number of entries):
1. Full-time undergraduates and graduate students.
2. Eligible students who participate as a team should limit to no more than 7 students and no more than 2 supervisors.
3. One of the 7 students serves as the team lead. The team lead’s affiliation is regarded as the participating institution. Team members could have different affiliations and nationalities.
Prizes setting (Will be decided based on the project number):
1. Gold Award: Bonus and certificate for each item;
2. Silver Award: Bonus and certificates for each item;
3. Copper Award: Bonus and certificates for each item;
4. Outstanding Award: certificate for each item.
Application:
1. The entries could be a real product or conceptual scheme related to energy saving and emission reduction, and the application documents should be written in English.
2.Send the application form to ecerc2023@163.com by June 30th 2023.
3. Send the application documents, including report, video (optional) and other supporting materials (optional), to ecerc2023@163.com by June 30th, 2023.
4. The shortlist entries will be announcedin July 2023 and the final competition (online PPT presentation) is to be held in August 2023.
